Deposit and Payment

The Client shall make a non-refundable $100 deposit to reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and goes to the total amount of session. The remaining balance is due the day prior of the photo session.  

Payment can be made by credit card via the invoice link I send to clients or cash the day of session.

Rescheduling/Late Arrivals

If the Client requests to reschedule a session, the deposit shall be applied to a reschedules session if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the schedule session.  Rescheduling must be within the same calendar year.

We respect every single client’s time and put incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect ours. Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kiddos ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please text your photographer. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, new deposit will be required.

Cancellations

If Client requests to cancel this agreement 14 or more calendar days before the session date, the deposit SHALL be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date. If Client cancels or fails to show the deposit shall be forfeited. Client understands and agrees that Jasmin Garay Photography will not book other sessions during this time. If Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, Jasmin Garay Photography shall suffer losses that are difficult to regain.  

Travel and Overage Fees

The Client shall pay .58 per mile for traveling outside from Zip code 78654 and 75052. 

Bad Weather Issues 

In the event of weather conditions that are out of our control:  If the client has been contacted and advised to reschedule due to the photographer’s concerns about weather, and the client still proceeds with the sessions and it rains, limiting the time and or photos that were able to be taken, the client will be charged for the additional images shot.

Due to the photographer’s equipment, it is up to the photographer’s discretion if bad weather persists to cancel the session, during the session.  

If the client has been contacted and advised to reschedule due to the photographer’s concerns about weather, and the client decides to go ahead and reschedule, the client will not be charged to do so. The client will then be put on first alert for their session and able to have their session even on non-sessions days.  

Deliverables  

After the photo session, Client will only receive the number of photos that come with the package Client chose. I DO NOT deliver raw images. If Client wants to purchase more than the number of images that comes in package. It is an additional $4 per image. Full edited gallery will be delivered within 7-14 days via an online gallery with high resolution.
